City council secretary Yuri Vilkul

Yuri Vilkul is a Ukrainian politician who currently serves as the City Council Secretary of Kryvyi Rih. Following the death of Mayor Kostiantyn Pavlov in August 2021, Vilkul assumed the role of acting mayor, exercising the powers of the office. He has been a prominent figure in the local administration of Kryvyi Rih, a major industrial city in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast known for its significant iron-ore mining sector and metallurgical industry.
