Zaldy Samson Villa is a Filipino businessman and politician currently serving as the representative for Siquijor's lone district, a position he has held since 2022. Prior to his election to the House of Representatives, he served three terms as the governor of Siquijor from 2013 to 2022. Originally a member of PDP-Laban, Villa joined the Lakas–CMD party in 2023. In 2025, he was among the lawmakers who voted in favor of the impeachment of Vice President Sara Duterte.
