Özgür Ceylan is a Turkish politician and financial advisor currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, representing the province of Çanakkale. A member of the Republican People's Party (CHP), he was first elected to parliament in 2018 and re-elected in 2023. Prior to his legislative career, Ceylan held various leadership roles within the CHP's Biga district organization and worked in the private sector, managing educational institutions and founding a construction supply business. He holds a degree in business administration from Anadolu University and a master's degree in political science and international relations from Selçuk University.
