Abderahim Bireme Hamid

Abderahim Bireme Hamid is a Chadian jurist and politician who has served as a Senator since March 2025. Throughout his career, he has held several high-level government positions, including Minister of Commerce and Industry in 2013, Minister of Territorial Administration and Public Security in 2014, and Minister of State for Justice and Human Rights in 2024. Additionally, he served as the Executive Secretary of the Niger Basin Authority starting in 2018 and represented Chad at the fourth cycle of the Universal Periodic Review in 2024.
