Aboubacar Nacanabo is a Burkinabè politician and expert in international taxation who currently serves as the Minister of Economy, Finance and Prospective of Burkina Faso. Born in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, he holds a doctorate in management sciences and previously worked as an expert for the African Tax Administration Forum in South Africa. Appointed to his ministerial post in October 2022 following the military transition, he was later elected president of the Council of Ministers of the West African Economic and Monetary Union in 2025.
