Acharya Devvrat is an Indian politician and educator currently serving as the 19th Governor of Gujarat. An Arya Samaj pracharak, he previously worked as the principal of a Gurukul in Kurukshetra, Haryana. His political career includes serving as the Governor of Himachal Pradesh from 2015 to 2019 and holding the additional charge as the Governor of Maharashtra from 2025 to 2026. As the Governor of Gujarat, he also serves as the Chancellor of the state's universities.
