Akram Chehayeb

Akram Chehayeb is a Lebanese Druze politician and a long-term member of the Parliament of Lebanon. A prominent figure within the Progressive Socialist Party, he has held several ministerial positions throughout his career, including Minister of Environment, Minister of the Displaced, and Minister of Agriculture. Before entering national politics, he worked as a history professor at the Lebanese University. He is known for his long-standing political association with Walid Jumblatt and his involvement in the National Struggle Front bloc.
