Ali Ahmat Akhabach

Ali Ahmat Akhabach is a Chadian military officer and politician who has served as the Minister of Public Security and Immigration since October 2024. A career military professional, he has held several high-level administrative and security positions, including serving as the first Chadian ambassador to Kuwait in 2013 and as the governor of the Moyen-Chari region. Prior to his ministerial appointment, he served as the 2nd Deputy Chief of Staff and later as the 1st Deputy Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces.
