Ali Fazıl Kasap is a Turkish politician and physician who has served as a member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey since 2018. Born in 1965 in the Emet district of Kütahya, he graduated from the Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine. Before entering politics, he worked as a medical doctor. Representing the Republican People's Party (CHP), he was elected to parliament in 2018 and subsequently re-elected in 2023. During his tenure, he briefly joined the Felicity Party to support the formation of a parliamentary group before returning to the CHP.
