Ali Taylan Öztaylan is a Turkish politician serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly for Balıkesir, representing the Justice and Development Party (AK Party). Born in 1987 in Bandırma, he is the son of former parliamentarian Mehmet Cemal Öztaylan. He holds a degree in Political Science and International Relations and a master's degree from the Turkish Aeronautical Association University. Prior to his election in 2023, he worked at the AK Party Youth Headquarters and the Presidential Complex in Beştepe.
