Alifa Ahmed

Alifa Ahmed is an Indian politician serving as a Member of the Legislative Assembly for the Kaliganj constituency in West Bengal. She was elected in a 2025 by-election, securing a landslide victory with a margin of over 50,000 votes as a candidate for the Trinamool Congress. Prior to her entry into politics, she spent over 15 years working in the technology sector as an Agile Delivery Manager at Tata Consultancy Services. She holds a B.Tech degree from the Bengal College of Engineering and Technology in Durgapur.
