Amanda Rishworth is an Australian politician who has served as the Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations since 2025. A member of the Labor Party, she has represented the division of Kingston in the House of Representatives since 2007. Previously, she served as the Minister for Social Services from 2022 to 2025 and as the Minister for the National Disability Insurance Scheme. Before entering federal politics, she worked as a psychologist and held roles with the Shop Distributive and Allied Employees Association. Rishworth is a member of the Labor Right faction and has consistently advocated for industrial relations reform and social welfare support.
