Алтай, Аманжол Дуйсенбайулы

Amanjol Altay is a Kazakh politician, philologist, and poet who currently serves as a member of the Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan. Before entering politics, he had a distinguished academic career, serving as a professor at the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. A recognized master of the traditional Kazakh improvisational art of aitys, he has received numerous honors, including the Order of Kurmet and the Order of Parasat, for his contributions to national art and humanities research.
