Anant Patel is an Indian politician serving as a member of the Gujarat Legislative Assembly representing the Vansda constituency. Born in 1978 in Unai, he holds a Master of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Education. Before entering politics, he worked as a school teacher. Patel was first elected to the state assembly in 2017 and successfully retained his seat in the 2022 elections. Known as a prominent tribal leader in south Gujarat, he has been an active voice for his community and contested the 2024 Lok Sabha elections from the Valsad constituency.
