Andranik Kocharyan

Andranik Kocharyan is an Armenian politician and Member of the National Assembly of Armenia, currently serving as the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Defense and Security. Born on May 3, 1961, he graduated from the Yerevan State Polytechnic Institute with a degree in cybernetics and later earned a law degree from Yerevan State University. Over his career, he has worked as an engineer and researcher, served as a member of parliament in earlier convocations, and headed the Armenian Center for Democracy, Security and Development.
