Andrei Korobeinik is an Estonian politician, computer programmer, and entrepreneur. He is widely recognized as the founder of the social networking site Rate.ee and for his work as an angel investor in internet start-ups. After serving as a member of the Riigikogu between 2011 and 2013, he returned to parliamentary politics and currently serves as a member of the 15th Riigikogu. Beyond his political and business career, he is an avid chess player and served as the president of the Estonian Chess Union.
