Andrew Dowie

Andrew Dowie is a Canadian politician serving as the Member of Provincial Parliament for Windsor—Tecumseh since his election in 2022. A member of the Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario, he made history as the first conservative to represent the riding in 93 years. Prior to his provincial role, Dowie served as a town councillor in Tecumseh, Ontario, from 2014 to 2022. He has also held appointments as a Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade, and currently serves as the Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of the Environment, Conservation and Parks. Dowie is a professional engineer and was recognized as one of the '40 Leaders Under 40' by Leadership Windsor-Essex in 2018.
