Raymond Sung Joon Cho is a Canadian politician who has served as the Ontario Minister of Seniors and Accessibility since 2018. A member of the Progressive Conservative Party, he has represented the riding of Scarborough North in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario since 2016, becoming the first Korean-Canadian elected to the provincial legislature. Before his provincial career, Cho served for over two decades on the Toronto City Council and its predecessor, the Metropolitan Toronto Council. A former social worker with a background in counseling psychology, he immigrated to Canada from South Korea in 1967 and held various roles in education and social services before entering public office.
