Andrew Turnbull, Baron Turnbull

Andrew Turnbull, Baron Turnbull is a British politician and former senior civil servant who currently sits as a crossbencher in the House of Lords. He served as the Cabinet Secretary and Head of the Civil Service from 2002 to 2005, having previously held the position of Permanent Secretary to the Treasury. Throughout his career, he acted as a key advisor to Prime Ministers Margaret Thatcher and John Major.
