Andy Ellul

Andy Ellul is a Maltese politician from the Labour Party serving as a Member of the Parliament of Malta for the Third District. A lawyer by profession, he was elected in the 2022 Maltese general election and appointed Parliamentary Secretary for Social Dialogue and Government Whip. During his tenure, he has championed workers' rights, introducing pioneering regulations for food couriers, establishing strict licensing and guarantee requirements for temping and outsourcing agencies, and helping secure a unanimous agreement by the Low Wage Commission to raise Malta's minimum wage.
