Ann Millner

Ann Millner is an American politician and former university administrator serving as a member of the Utah State Senate for the 5th District since 2023. Previously, she represented the 18th District starting in 2015. Before entering politics, Millner had a distinguished career in higher education, serving as the 11th president of Weber State University from 2002 to 2012. She holds a doctorate in educational administration from Brigham Young University and has been involved in numerous community and academic organizations. As a legislator, she has focused on education policy and economic development, notably sponsoring legislation to improve student proficiency grading systems.
