Anne Charnock

Anne B. Charnock is an American politician serving as a member of the West Virginia Senate representing the 17th district. Appointed by Governor Patrick Morrisey in February 2025 to fill a vacancy, she brings extensive legal experience to the legislature. Prior to her appointment, Charnock worked as an attorney and served for 12 years as a judge on the Municipal Court of Charleston. She is a graduate of West Virginia University, where she earned both her Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees.
