Anne Désirée Ouloto is an Ivorian politician and a prominent member of the Rally of Houphouëtists for Democracy and Peace (RHDP). A former schoolteacher, she has held various ministerial portfolios since 2011, including Urban Sanitation and Solidarity. Currently serving as Minister of State for the Civil Service and Modernization of the Administration, she also represents the Toulepleu constituency as a deputy and serves as the President of the Cavally Regional Council, having been re-elected to both positions in 2025 and 2023 respectively.
