Anura Kumara Dissanayake is a Sri Lankan politician serving as the tenth President of Sri Lanka since 2024. A long-time leader of the Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP), he founded the National People's Power (NPP) alliance and became the first president in the country's history to be elected from a third party.
