Ariel Defay is an American politician and businesswoman currently serving as a Republican member of the Utah House of Representatives for the 15th district. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Utah State University and a Master of Public Administration from Ohio University. Before her election in 2024, she held roles in political campaigns, including serving as a County Field Representative for Mitt Romney and as a Marketing Director and Deputy Campaign Manager for Spencer Cox. In the legislature, she has focused on education and transportation policy, notably sponsoring legislation to restrict child marriage in Utah. Outside of her political career, she serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Defay Orthodontics.
