Artemi Rallo Lombarte is a Spanish politician, legal scholar, and professor of Constitutional Law at the University Jaume I. He served as a member of the Congress of Deputies, representing the Castellón province after being elected in the 2015 general election. Prior to his parliamentary service, he held the position of director of the Spanish Data Protection Agency from 2007 to 2011 and was a member of the Corts Valencianes. He holds a PhD in Law and has dedicated much of his career to legal academia and public administration.
