Luc André Diouf Dioh

Luc André Diouf Dioh is a Senegalese-Spanish politician and trade unionist who serves as a member of the Spanish Congress of Deputies. Born in Joal-Fadiouth, Senegal, he moved to Spain in the 1990s, where he overcame significant personal hardship, including a period of homelessness, before establishing a career as a computer technician and union activist with the Workers' Commissions (CCOO). Diouf became a prominent figure in the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE), notably becoming the first politician of sub-Saharan African descent elected to the Spanish Congress of Deputies in 2019. His political work focuses on immigration, labor rights, and social integration.
