Arthur Celeste is a Filipino politician currently serving as the representative for the 1st District of Pangasinan in the House of Representatives of the Philippines, a position he has held since 2022. He previously served in the same congressional role from 2001 to 2010 and held the office of mayor of Alaminos, Pangasinan, from 2013 to 2019. Before entering national politics, he was a barangay captain and president of the Liga ng mga Barangay. Celeste holds a degree in political science from Far Eastern University and a law degree from the University of Pangasinan.
