Artur Khachatryan is an Armenian politician and a Member of the National Assembly of Armenia, representing the "Armenia" alliance of parties and affiliated with the Armenian Revolutionary Federation since 1991. He has held active roles within parliament, including serving as secretary of the Armenia faction and as vice chair of the Finance, Credit and Budget Committee. He has also been involved in inquiries regarding the living conditions of displaced persons from Artsakh.
