Ashok Kumar Chaudhary is a Nepalese politician currently serving as a member of the 3rd Federal Parliament of Nepal. He initially entered the legislature in 2022 as a proportional representative representing the Tharu community. In the 2026 Nepalese general election, he successfully contested and won the Sunsari 3 constituency. He is a member of the Rastriya Swatantra Party and continues to represent his constituents in the federal legislature.
