Astrid Timmermann-Fechter

Astrid Timmermann-Fechter is a German politician and a member of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU). Born in Marl, North Rhine-Westphalia, she pursued studies in law before establishing a career as an entrepreneur in the event and marketing sector, while also serving as a political and strategy advisor. Her political career includes significant leadership roles within the CDU at the district level in Mülheim. She first served as a member of the Bundestag from 2013 to 2017 and returned to the federal parliament in 2021, where she continues to represent her constituents.
