大越農子

Atsuko Okoshi is a Japanese politician and former manga artist currently serving as a member of the Hokkaido Prefectural Assembly. After graduating from Nagoya University, she worked at Toshiba before pursuing a career as a professional manga artist and illustrator under the pen name Kaoru Kosaka. She later transitioned into politics, serving as a secretary to a member of the House of Councillors and completing graduate studies at Hitotsubashi University. First elected to the Hokkaido Prefectural Assembly in 2015, she has focused on policies regarding food loss reduction, child-rearing support, and women's empowerment.
