Balaram Adhikari is a Nepalese politician currently serving as a member of the 2nd Federal Parliament of Nepal. Representing the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist–Leninist), he was elected to the House of Representatives from the Kapilvastu 1 constituency during the 2022 Nepalese general election. In addition to his legislative duties, he served as the Minister of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation, a position he assumed in March 2024.
