Belete Molla
Profile
Belete Molla is an Ethiopian politician and academic who has served as the Minister of Innovation and Technology since 2021. A scholar in philosophy, he previously held various academic positions at Addis Ababa University, including department chairperson. He is a founding member and former chairman of the National Movement of Amhara (NaMA), a political party advocating for Amhara nationalist interests. Throughout his career, he has published extensively on ethics, political economy, and African philosophy, and he is a recipient of the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship Award.
