Ben Lake

Ben Lake is a Welsh politician serving as the Member of Parliament for Ceredigion Preseli since 2024, having previously represented the Ceredigion constituency since 2017. A member of Plaid Cymru, he holds a degree in History and Politics from Trinity College, Oxford, and previously worked as a research officer in the National Assembly for Wales. Throughout his parliamentary career, Lake has served on the Welsh Affairs Committee and acted as a party spokesperson on various portfolios, including the Treasury and foreign affairs.
