Bernd Buchholz

Bernd Buchholz is a German politician and lawyer who currently serves as a member of the Landtag of Schleswig-Holstein. A long-time member of the Free Democratic Party (FDP), he previously served as the Minister for Economic Affairs, Transport, Employment, Technology and Tourism of Schleswig-Holstein from 2017 to 2022. Before his ministerial tenure, Buchholz held a prominent career in the media industry, notably serving as the CEO of Gruner + Jahr AG & Co KG from 2009 to 2012. He has been active in state politics since the 1990s and continues to represent his party in the state parliament.
