Bestine Kazadi is a Congolese politician, lawyer, and author currently serving as the Minister Delegate for International Cooperation and Francophonie in the Suminwa government. Born in Belgium to a Congolese father and Belgian mother, she spent her formative years in Kinshasa before pursuing higher education in Liège. A prominent figure in civil society, she founded the Bureau of Congolese Reflections and Studies (BREC) in 2002 to promote democratic values and fundamental rights. Beyond her political career, she has served as the first female president of the AS Vita Club and was elected to the executive committee of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) in 2025. She is also a published poet and writer, known for her advocacy regarding women's rights and Congolese identity.
