Bill Rhiley

Bill Rhiley is an American politician, businessman, and former educator serving as a member of the Kansas House of Representatives for the 80th district. First elected in 2018, he assumed office in January 2019. Prior to his legislative career, Rhiley worked as a high school business and technology teacher, a special education teacher, and a computer system integrator. He also served as a publisher for the Belle Plaine News and Oxford Register. Alongside his wife, he owns and operates a bed and breakfast in Wellington, Kansas. He holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration and a Bachelor of Arts in business education from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, as well as a Master of Education from Southwestern College.
