Bjørn Brandenborg

Bjørn Brandenborg is a Danish politician who has served as a member of the Folketing for the Social Democrats since 2019. Born on December 10, 1991, he grew up in Denmark to a Faroese mother and a Danish father. Brandenborg first entered parliament following the 2019 Danish general election, where he secured a seat with 6,837 votes. He was subsequently re-elected in 2022, increasing his support to 11,167 personal votes. He is the older brother of the Faroese handball player Pernille Brandenborg.
