Bohuslav Niemiec is a Czech politician and a member of the Polish minority in the Czech Republic. Since March 2019, he has served as a deputy chairman of the Christian and Democratic Union – Czechoslovak People's Party (KDU-ČSL). He is also a member of the communal council in Havířov and is affiliated with the Church of Brethren. In 2025, he was elected as a Member of Parliament for the Moravian-Silesian Region as part of the SPOLU coalition. He is actively involved in the Polish Cultural and Educational Union.
