Brecht Warnez

Brecht Warnez is a Belgian politician and academic serving as a member of the Flemish Parliament. Born in Tielt in 1989, he holds a doctorate in law from Ghent University, where he has also worked as a lecturer specializing in administrative law. Warnez began his political career in local government in Wingene, where he has served as an alderman since 2016. In the Flemish Parliament, he focuses on policy areas including domestic administration, education, and mobility, and currently serves as vice-chair of the Committee on Domestic Administration and Integration.
