Brian Biggs

Brian O'Neal Biggs is an American politician serving as a Republican member of the North Carolina House of Representatives, representing the 70th district since 2023. Prior to his election to the state legislature, he served as a member of the Randolph County Board of Education. In the 2022 primary election, he successfully challenged and defeated the incumbent Pat Hurley. During his tenure in the House, he has been assigned to several committees, including Appropriations, Education K-12, and Regulatory Reform.
