Brian Maher

Brian Maher is an American politician currently serving as a member of the New York State Assembly for the 101st district. A member of the Republican Party, he assumed office on January 3, 2023, following a successful campaign in the 2022 election. Prior to his tenure in the State Assembly, Maher held local government positions, serving as the mayor of the Village of Walden from 2009 to 2015 and subsequently as the town supervisor of Montgomery, New York. Additionally, he gained professional experience in public service by working as a communications director for the office of State Senator Bill Larkin.
