Brice Wiggins

Brice Wiggins is an American politician and attorney serving as a Republican member of the Mississippi State Senate, representing District 52. First elected in 2011, he has been a prominent advocate for criminal justice reform, government transparency, and early childhood education, notably authoring the Early Learning Collaborative Act. Throughout his tenure, he has chaired several key committees, including the Senate Judiciary A Committee and the Senate Medicaid Committee. Before his legislative career, Wiggins served as an Assistant District Attorney in Jackson County and practiced law in private practice.
