Bruno Bernard

Bruno Bernard is a French politician who served as the President of the Metropolis of Lyon from 2020 to 2026. A member of The Ecologists, he previously worked as an entrepreneur in the environmental decontamination sector before entering politics. During his tenure as president, he focused on expanding public transport infrastructure, including cycling paths and tramway lines, and implemented social policies such as a youth solidarity income. Following the 2026 elections, he transitioned to serving as a member of the metropolitan opposition.
