Phillip Guyo is a Zimbabwean politician currently serving as the Member of the National Assembly for the Buhera North constituency. He was elected to represent the constituency in the Parliament of Zimbabwe following the 2023 general elections. As a member of the ZANU-PF party, he represents the interests of the sixteen rural wards that comprise the Buhera North district within the Manicaland province.
