Buthaina Bint Ali Al Jabr Al Nuaimi is a Qatari politician currently serving as the Minister of Social Development and Family. She previously held the position of Minister of Education and Higher Education from October 2021 to November 2024. Before entering government, she had a distinguished career in education, working as a teacher, department head, and vice principal before joining the Qatar Foundation in 2006, where she eventually served as the President of Pre-University Education. She holds a degree from Qatar University and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris.
