Lolwah Al-Khater
Lolwah Al-Khater is a Qatari diplomat and politician currently serving as the Minister of Education and Higher Education since November 2024. Previously, she held the position of Minister of State for International Cooperation and served as the first woman to be the spokesperson for the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs. An accomplished academic and former engineer, she has been a prominent voice in Qatari diplomacy, notably during the 2017 diplomatic crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic, while advocating for humanitarian aid and regional mediation efforts.
