Mohammed bin Ali bin Mohammed Al Mannai

Mohammed bin Ali bin Mohammed Al Mannai is a Qatari politician currently serving as the Minister of Communications and Information Technology, a position he has held since October 2021. Prior to his ministerial appointment, he served as the president of the Communications Regulatory Authority and as the chief executive officer of the Qatar National Broadband Network. His professional background also includes a senior director role at Ooredoo. Al-Mannai holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the American University in Cairo and serves on the boards of several prominent institutions, including Qatar University, the Qatar Foundation, and the Al Jazeera Media Network.
