Byron Davies, Baron Davies of Gower, is a British politician and life peer serving as a member of the House of Lords. A former Metropolitan Police Detective Chief Inspector, he served as the Member of the Welsh Assembly for South Wales West from 2011 to 2015 and as the Member of Parliament for Gower from 2015 to 2017. Throughout his parliamentary career, he has held various government roles, including Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Transport and Shadow Secretary of State for Wales.
